On Demand terms

Colibrí Architecture On Demand reports are one-time purchases from Colibrí Strategies for one fund and one defined report. Each report is computed from the fund data in your Architecture account at the time it is prepared, and from the public benchmarks Architecture uses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the fund data you enter.

Because preparation begins as soon as payment is confirmed, a completed report is not refundable merely because you decide not to use it. If Architecture cannot produce the report you bought because of a platform failure, contact hola@colibristrategies.com within 14 days of purchase. Colibrí Strategies will first try to restore or regenerate the report and, if it still cannot be delivered, will refund the charge to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

Reports describe how a fund is built and how it compares with public data. They are not investment, legal or tax advice, and they do not forecast returns. Prices are shown in US dollars before any applicable tax.

Everything else about your use of Architecture, including data handling, intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, is covered by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
